Included in your installation files is a 'config' folder with 2 main configuration files, config.php and config.static.php. There is also a file init.php which you can put anything you like in. The 'init.php' script is run ever time a web page loads and is especially useful for showing temporary website susprension pages or common functions and classes used across your website. In most cases however, you do not need to use the init.php file.

The first file to look at is 'config.static.php'. It has been commented throughout. Most of the configuration is adjusting variables in the Layout class setup configuration array.

Then we have the simpler configuration file for server-side purposes 'config.php'. Again, it has been commented throughout.
